Great Quality!

I'm super thankful to have access to blue corn, it goes a long way to have a rare ingredient fully stocked in my cabinets. I use it for blue corn cookies, scones, breads and blue corn mush. The texture is very fine and I have never had any problems with the quality. Thank you!
