Will my meals arrive fresh or frozen?

Meals will arrive frozen, we recommend storing in the freezer immediately and consuming within 6 months.

What kind of food does Tocabe make?

Tocabe specializes in Native and Indigenous foods. Our meals are created from ingredients and recipes that were passed down from family and learned from partnerships throughout Indian Country. Our philosophy is Native first, local second. We source and select our ingredients from Indigenous producers allowing us to accommodate most dietary needs.

Are Tocabe meals allergy friendly?

We have meals that meet many dietary preferences, including vegan, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, and gluten-free. Additional information can be found on each individual meal page and you can filter for your preferences when selecting meals.

How do I warm my Tocabe meals? Can they be heated in the oven?

Most Tocabe Harvest Meals™ should be warmed in the microwave for 4-6 minutes but specific instructions will be on each meal.

I’m a local, can I pick up my order in person?

Unfortunately, we are not offering pick-up at this time but hope to be able to do so in the future!

Does Tocabe deliver to my address?

We deliver to the 48 contiguous states! If you have questions or would like more information about delivery in your area, please email help@tocabe.com!

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns at this time. If you have an issue or concern about your order upon delivery, please reach out to us right away at help@tocabe.com for assistance.

How many servings are each meal?

Individual meals are meant to serve one person. Family sides will approximately serve 3-4 people.

Where can I find ingredients and nutritional information for your meals?

Full nutritional information, including allergens, can be found on the individual meal page

Are Tocabe meals nut-free?

None of our meals contain directly-added peanuts or tree nuts but we are not a certified nut-free facility.

How do I store my meals? How long are meals good for?

For best quality, we recommend storing your meals in the freezer immediately and consuming within six months.

When will my order ship?

We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days. Orders typically ship Monday-Wednesday. Any orders placed after Wednesday evening MST will be shipped the following week.

How will my order be shipped? Do you use dry ice?

Dry goods and shelf-stable items will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. Your Harvest Meals™ box will contain dry ice. Please note that dry ice may evaporate during shipping. Please always use caution when handling dry ice and keep away from children and pets.
