A wheatberry and white tepary bean blend cooked to a creamy finish with roasted squash puree, paired with roasted red bell peppers, Navajo-grown pinto beans, fresh zucchini, and fire-roasted green chili nopales. Finished and topped with our signature New Mexico chili sauce.
I purchased all three of the vegan meals and they are all absolutely amazing!! I love how the chefs utilize indigenous foods and make everything delicious!! Will be a customer for years!!
