High quality wild rice

Wild rice is a delicious, versatile grain. It’s a stealthy protein source, good dietary fiber, with just a squeeze of iron. Such a staple! I like to mix the leftovers into pancakes for a different texture. It’s great having this option to buy from a small, indigenous business through… um… a small indigenous business. :-D
