Most delicious beans I have ever had

My partner just came back from AZ and brought some beans back from a stand to Maine. I soaked the beans over night, drained them, and made a bean stew following the recipe on the back very loosely by adding two Serrano chiles and two pork chops. It cooked in a slow cooker all day and the beans came out so tender!

Long cook time, but high protein content - Heirloom White Tepary Beans

Be sure to follow the cooking instructions on these Heirloom White Tepary Beans. As a Mexican who has cooked beans for my entire adult life, I found the cook time to be too long. I do enjoy the taste of the beans and the protein content is unmatched.
