A great bean!

Not only are these the cutest beans I’ve ever encountered, they are also packed with protein and really tasty! They have a size and texture that would let them be substituted even for lentils in some vegetarian dishes I like to make. Love them!!!

Lovely flavor

Fascinating beans - I soaked them overnight and cooked a long time, then used in chili with a lot of cumin as well as other chili spices. The beans provide a wonderful nutty flavor and should their shape much more than typical beans. Thank you!
