Not good. It’s not true jambalaya.

Hi Hannah, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’re sorry to hear that the Wild Rice Jambalaya didn’t meet your expectations. This dish is inspired by a style we learned from the Houma Nation, with our own influence of incorporating wild rice to use more Indigenous ingredients. It’s not meant to be a traditional Creole or Cajun jambalaya, but rather a reflection of diverse cultural traditions.

I’ve been wanting to try your prepared meals and they did not disappoint. They are so good, full of flavor and filling. The Wild Rice Jambalaya was excellent. This is such a nice option since I live so far from Denver. Tocabe is one of my very favorite places to eat. Thank you for delivering real food that tastes great.
