Lovely flavor

Fascinating beans - I soaked them overnight and cooked a long time, then used in chili with a lot of cumin as well as other chili spices. The beans provide a wonderful nutty flavor and should their shape much more than typical beans. Thank you!

Absolutely delicious! Also ordered some white tepary beans but have not tried them yet but am sure they are just as good!
