I was glad to find a source for juniper ash- my last one isn’t available anymore - and even more happy to find out it was the people from Tocabe. Great product and the market has a great selection

I never knew how ash was used! I love this with blue corn mush and will try it in other recipes as well! I now want to experiment making it . . . I'm sure my fiance will be delighted in adding this to our list of things to make. He actually really enjoys burning things.
